With what felt like a years worth of rain, cabin fever had reached an all time high in our house. Keeping a 2.5 year old in doors for more than a day is not a fun experience. So when the requests to play outside became almost desperate we seized the chance when there was a break in the rain.
The sandpit had become a pool which Cohen thought only fitting for his shark to take full advantage of. Dragging him through the water softly saying to himself..."der-nert, der-nert, der-nert". This week has brought with it some sunshine and the grass has benefited from all this rain, growing luscious and green. Ready for lots of outside playtime! jx
As they grow together i'm sure i am going to be breaking up some great tantrums...wanting what the other has or for the other to go away, but for now i get to watch as they are become friends. Willa watching his every move; learning, mimicking. Cohen wanting her to grow faster and chase him around, catch the ball and run in the backyard. The first year has definitely had its challenges, but when i capture little moments like this it somehow makes it all worth while.
These two are my everything, each holding my whole heart....the best 'things' i've ever made! jx
My beautiful friend and her gorgeous daughter invited me over capture this 'Yoga Mummas' bump before little Lucas arrived. With one of the cutest bellies, and an even cuter toddler smile, these two (or should i say three) were a dream to shoot.
Thank you Lina for letting me capture such pure BLISS, hehe : ) jx
