Warmth

The last of the Melbourne trip posts...we ventured out into the paddocks to capture some of the gorgeous afternoon sun.

Although the sun gave me great warmth for the camera, as each minute passed it became cooler and cooler. Willa was not happy with the dropping temperature and refused to look at a the camera. I quickly snapped a few shots and hurried inside to the waiting fire. Willa waved goodnight to the cows and sheep as we passed and even attempted a "mooo" and "barr" just to make sure they saw her.

More from Melbourne - in the Hills

In the Hills on the Dandenong ranges...playing the the fallen leaves (and mushrooms), was one cute little bubba! I love visiting Melbourne in the Autumn, so much colour as the trees prepare for the winter months to follow.

Getting excited as she hears the postman stop to drop off our letters...waving at the window saying "hi"! Thinks she is very grown up these days.

Green Mess

Green smoothie ice blocks are always a hit in our house! Its a great way to cool down with what they think is a treat and get some goodness into them.

Willa is just starting to attempt a full ice block on her own. As you can see eating it outdoors is a must as more ends up on her face than in her mouth!
